We build simple, custom systems that capture what happens in your business as it happens, so stock, costs and cash are always visible and leakages are caught early. Most owner-led businesses run on Tally, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and memory. Stock goes missing without anyone noticing, costs are known only after the month closes, and the owner waits for reports that arrive too late to act on. As Chartered Accountants and Virtual CFOs we approach automation from the finance side: first understand how the business actually works, then find where money leaks, then build the system that plugs it.
Raw material, work-in-progress, finished goods and physical assets, with movement-level tracking and periodic physical audits.
Estimates of what a job, order or event will cost before it happens, built from your own past data rather than experience alone.
Simple screens your staff use on their phones, so entries are made at the point of activity instead of being reconstructed later.
A live view of sales, costs, margins, receivables and cash for the owner, not a report that lands after the month has closed.
Tax computation, GSTR-2B reconciliation and AIS / 26AS retrieval, so the books stay audit-ready without the repetitive work.
Assigning work, recording what was done and keeping photo proof of it, all in one place.
| Industry | Common problem | What we automate |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturing (packaging, textiles, engineering) | Raw material and finished goods leak between stages; wastage is unmeasured | Shop-floor app for issues, production and dispatch; RM–WIP–FG tracking; wastage and yield reports; summarised entries synced to Tally |
| Hospitality, banquets and catering | Event costs are guessed; cutlery and crockery go missing; room and banquet data sit apart | Event-wise cost prediction from past events; asset audits; rooms module; event profitability MIS |
| Trading and distribution | Stock mismatch across godowns; slow-moving items and overdue receivables | Godown-wise stock tracking, ageing of stock and debtors, reorder alerts |
| Retail and multi-outlet businesses | Daily sales and cash are reported late or not reconciled | Daily sales and cash capture per outlet, automatic reconciliation, owner dashboard |
| Jewellery and precious metals | High-value stock needs tight custody; weight and purity records are manual | Item-wise and weight-wise stock registers, karigar issue and receipt tracking, periodic verification |
| Services and professional firms | Time, tasks and billing are tracked loosely | Task and timesheet trackers, billing and collection follow-up |
| NGOs and trusts | Fund-wise and FCRA utilisation is hard to track | Fund-wise accounting views and utilisation reports for compliance |
| All businesses | Monthly tax and GST work is repetitive and error-prone | Tax liability computation, GSTR-2B reconciliation, AIS / 26AS retrieval, faster financial statements |
Your books stay where they are. Tally or your existing accounting software remains the system of record; our tools capture day-to-day activity and feed it in summarised form, so nothing has to be thrown away.
As part of a Virtual CFO engagement we designed and built a custom management system for a hospitality business that rents banquet halls, provides in-house catering and runs a small block of 20–30 rooms. Food and material for each event were estimated by experience, cutlery and crockery moved between events with no reliable count, and rooms and banquets were tracked separately.
