I am a Chartered Accountant and the founder of Sanchit A & Co, a practice built for businesses that want more than filings and sign-offs. I bring together audit, taxation, corporate law and CFO-level advisory, so that my clients deal with one accountable person who understands their business from the books to the boardroom.
Our work spans audit, taxation, litigation, corporate law and CFO-level advisory, so that clients can rely on one team for compliance today and strategy for tomorrow.
One consolidated engagement covering routine accounting, regular tax filings, ongoing corporate secretarial compliance and periodic legal-health diagnostics.
Accurate filings, sound planning and tax positions that hold up under scrutiny.

Alongside our advisory work we build practical tools that take the arithmetic and the cross-checking out of everyday compliance. Some apply the law as it stands for Tax Year 2026-27 to a salary structure, a payment or a year's income; others read your own GST and ledger files and set them against what has been filed. Every one of them runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded, and all are free to use. They are built for planning and review, not as a substitute for a signed computation or return.
Match your GSTR-2B against your purchase register, invoice by invoice, and see what is pending, over-booked or duplicated.
Combine the monthly GSTR-2B files for a whole period into one consolidated sheet, with invoices, notes and amendments in place.
Check your sales register against the GSTR-1 you filed and the tax you paid in GSTR-3B, month by month and invoice by invoice.
Read your expense and TDS ledgers together, work out what was deductible section by section, and find the short or excess deduction.
Build a salary structure that keeps income tax low and still passes the 50% wage test under the new Labour Codes.
Build the HSN-wise summary for GSTR-1 Table 12 and GSTR-9 Table 17 from your sales data, rate by rate and UQC by UQC.
Match the tax credits in Form 26AS against your books, deductor by deductor, and find what is missing or short.
Search any payment and see the TDS section, rate and threshold under both the 1961 Act and the 2025 Act, side by side.
Work out advance tax across every head of income for Tax Year 2026-27, instalment by instalment, with the interest on any shortfall.
What sets the practice apart
Years of audit work mean I look for the risk before it becomes a problem, and build controls that stand up to review.
Experience in scrutiny, search and survey matters and appeals shapes how I plan, document and file from day one.
Budgets, cash flow, costing and MIS: I help owners run the business on numbers, not just report them.
In-house tools automate tax computation, GSTR-2B reconciliation and AIS/26AS work, so time goes into advice, not data entry.
My clients are owner-led businesses, growing companies, professionals, investors, trusts and individual taxpayers. The grounding behind that work comes from audits of listed companies and a listed bank. Each client receives the same thing: careful work, plain-language advice and a direct line to me.
Participated in the ICAI NIRC Study Tour to Singapore in August as part of a professional learning and networking experience.
