I am a Chartered Accountant and the founder of Sanchit A & Co, a practice built for businesses that want more than filings and sign-offs. I bring together audit, taxation, corporate law and CFO-level advisory, so that my clients deal with one accountable person who understands their business from the books to the boardroom.
My clients are owner-led businesses, growing companies, professionals, investors, trusts and individual taxpayers. The grounding behind that work comes from audits of listed companies and a listed bank. Each client receives the same thing: careful work, plain-language advice and a direct line to me.
My training began in statutory audit, on engagements that taught me how serious finance is done: a listed ferro-chrome manufacturer, a listed Small Finance Bank, an IPO that required moving a company from Indian GAAP to Ind AS, and first-time audits through business restructuring. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in my first attempt.
As a manager, I went on to lead audit and internal-audit teams for mid-sized and large enterprises, defend clients in income-tax scrutiny, search and survey proceedings, and appeals, and work alongside founders as their Virtual CFO. Seeing the same businesses through the eyes of an auditor, a tax litigator and a CFO convinced me that most companies do not need four separate advisors. They need one who connects the dots.
That is why I founded Sanchit A & Co (FRN 044661N). Today the practice serves clients from Delhi, Karnal and Chandigarh, and uses its own technology-led workflows to make compliance faster and more accurate. Alongside practice, I am studying law, because the best financial advice increasingly sits where accounting and law meet.
What sets the practice apart
Years of audit work mean I look for the risk before it becomes a problem, and build controls that stand up to review.
Experience in scrutiny, search and survey matters and appeals shapes how I plan, document and file from day one.
Budgets, cash flow, costing and MIS: I help owners run the business on numbers, not just report them.
In-house tools automate tax computation, GSTR-2B reconciliation and AIS/26AS work, so time goes into advice, not data entry.
What drives us
To be the advisor businesses trust first, for numbers that are right, positions that hold up and decisions made with clarity.
To deliver audit, tax and advisory work with technical precision, plain-language communication and personal accountability on every engagement.
Every client gets founder-led attention, honest advice even when it is not what they hoped to hear, and responses they can rely on.
Independent, ethical judgement in every opinion we sign.
Client names and affairs are never disclosed without consent.
Work grounded in the standards, the law and the evidence.
One point of contact who owns the outcome.
Learning, representation and professional engagement beyond the day-to-day practice.
Participated in the ICAI NIRC Study Tour to Singapore in August as part of a professional learning and networking experience.
