Alongside our advisory work we build practical tools that take the arithmetic and the cross-checking out of everyday compliance. Some apply the law as it stands for Tax Year 2026-27 to a salary structure, a payment or a year's income; others read your own GST and ledger files and set them against what has been filed. Every one of them runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded, and all are free to use. They are built for planning and review, not as a substitute for a signed computation or return.
Tools that read your own files and set them against what has been filed or reported.
Match your GSTR-2B against your purchase register, invoice by invoice, and see what is pending, over-booked or duplicated.
Combine the monthly GSTR-2B files for a whole period into one consolidated sheet, with invoices, notes and amendments in place.
Check your sales register against the GSTR-1 you filed and the tax you paid , month by month and invoice by invoice.
Read your expense and TDS ledgers together, work out what was deductible section by section, and find the short or excess deduction.
Tools that apply the law as it stands to a structure, a payment or a year's income.
Build the HSN-wise summary for GSTR-1 Table 12 and GSTR-9 Table 17 from your sales data, rate by rate and UQC by UQC.
Match the tax credits in Form 26AS against your books, deductor by deductor, and find what is missing or short.
Build a salary structure that keeps income tax low and still passes the 50% wage test under the new Labour Codes.
Search any payment and see the TDS section, rate and threshold under both the 1961 Act and the 2025 Act, side by side.
Work out advance tax across every head of income for Tax Year 2026-27, instalment by instalment, with the interest on any shortfall.
Add your GSTR-2B and your purchase register for the same months and the tool pairs them invoice by invoice, linking suppliers by GSTIN, exact name, matching invoice numbers or similar spelling. It flags what is still to be booked, what is over-booked, duplicates and tax differences, and downloads the whole working as Excel. Your purchase register can be the export from Tally or any ERP as it is, or the nine-column template the tool provides. Both files are read inside your browser and are never uploaded.
Drop in the monthly GSTR-2B files, as Excel or JSON downloaded from the portal, and the tool returns one consolidated GSTR-2B: a month-wise summary, a single B2B sheet holding invoices, debit notes, credit notes and amendments for every month, and a list of points to check such as an invoice reported twice or an amendment of an earlier period. The consolidated file goes straight into the GSTR-2B Reconciliation tool.
Upload your sales register, filed GSTR-1 JSON files, and the portal’s Tax Liabilities and ITC Comparison report to reconcile output tax month by month, identify timing differences and potential shortfalls, match B2B invoices and credit notes individually, and compare B2C sales state by state. Download the complete reconciliation report in Excel format for further analysis and record-keeping.
Upload the expense and purchase ledgers along with every TDS ledger. The tool reads each entry's narration to work out the nature of the payment, applies the section-wise thresholds and rates, and compares what should have been deducted with what the TDS ledgers actually show, party by party. It reports short and excess deduction with indicative interest, lists the entries that need review, and downloads a detailed Excel workbook showing how every entry was read.
Enter a CTC and the optimiser builds two structures from it, one tuned for the new regime and one for the old, shows the tax under each, and checks the split between wages and excluded allowances. A second tab tests a salary structure you already run and lists what needs to change.
Upload your sales register or invoice data. The tool groups the supplies HSN by HSN, normalises the unit of measure, snaps each line to its tax rate and builds the HSN-wise summary needed for GSTR-1 Table 12 and GSTR-9 Table 17. It flags the rows where the HSN, the quantity or the unit needs attention before filing, and downloads the summary as Excel.
Add your Form 26AS text file along with the relevant ledgers. The tool reads the 26AS statement, matches each deductor against the parties in your books by name and TAN, and sets the credit reported against the income and TDS recorded. It shows what is unmatched, short or not yet reported, lists the entries that need review, and downloads a working paper as Excel.
Type what you are paying for, such as CA fees, office rent or freight, and the finder returns the section, rate, threshold and return form under the Income-tax Act, 1961 next to the Income-tax Act, 2025, with a calculator that works out whether the threshold is crossed and how much to deduct.
An all-heads working under the Income-tax Act, 2025: salary, house property, business and presumptive income, capital gains, special-rate income, concessional regimes and MAT/AMT. It produces the instalment schedule with interest on shortfalls, a printable summary and an Excel export.
